What is Meditation in Motion?


It consists of three parts

  • A total release of body tension with breathing exercises and visualization . All energy points are freed of any blocked energy.
  • Guided meditation and further visualization allow for a reenergizing of the body 's system. Mind and spirit become refreshed as the practice of breathing continues; even the soul is massaged .
  • Finally, you learn how to protect the body and the spirit, by saving the energy you have accumulated.  
  • Students will discover the way of remaining calm, and  properly channeling their emotions.
